2 simple ways to combat mental fatigue?

You can't face mental fatigue with physical rest!

You can't face mental fatigue with physical rest! you need to put your mind in a sort of "pause" state.

How?

incorporate simple and daily gesture being "mindful"...choosing to be here and now...here 2 examples:

  • mindful observation: volontairerly choose to pay attention to an object around you...observe it closely (shape, colour, texture...)
  • mindful walking: volontairerly choose to do it for few minutes...focusing on each step, noticing the sorrounding environment, paying attention at your body, fresh air...

The point is to bring your focus back to the present moment whenever your mind wanders.
