Fouzia Draoua
Speaker . Research Lead · Founder & Director of Resilience Room
Resilience Room is where her professional paths converge — psychology, occupational health and neuroscience.
Her work takes a broader view of mental health: not only how to respond when difficulties emerge, but how to strengthen awareness, psychological resources and professional practices that support wellbeing and sustainable performance.

About Resilience Room

A Project developped with the support of Universal Music Group & FIMI (Federazione Industria Musicale Italiana).
Resilience Room is a cultural hub dedicated to mental health, wellbeing and sustainability in creative work. It brings research, professional education, conversation and public dialogue into one connected ecosystem:
The Lab develops knowledge, frameworks and tools; MBP Academy translates them into professional learning and practice; the Podcast explores and shares the changing realities of creative professions from the inside; and Live brings these themes into public and industry spaces, creating dialogue between research, professionals and the wider music ecosystem.
