You need 3 Agreements to solve 1 disagreement!

When it comes to solve an important disagreement, keep in mind that it's a process, not a switch from a position to an other.

If we look at the disagreement let's say  as a NO: the process is about getting 3 YES to overcome 1 NO.

1. YES we disagree (maybe the other person is not in that place...)
2. YES we want to solve (maybe I disagree and I don't want to solve...)
3. these 2 YES can lead then to discuss the situation and come to the agreement witch is the 3° YES!

The third step is possibile only and only if you are ok on the 1st and 2nd step!

When you are the one who want to solve the disagreement, first of all pay attention to the place where is the other's position on this process.
