Fouzia Draoua

PhD, Psychologist Coach, Strategic Advisor, Speaker

An integrative approach guides my work: I connect positive psychology, applied neuroscience, and organizational consulting.

Speaker & Trainer

In public settings, conferences, events, and workshops, I share insights based on experience and research to adapt "perfect" models to "imperfect" reality.

My professional focus

It includes the analysis and design of the systems that support an organization's life: from role architecture to leadership models, from HR policies to internal culture.

Its relevance lies in connecting strategy and people, translating vision into daily practices, and managing the paradoxes that accompany change.

It's about building learning architectures that don't just impart skills, but also shape attitudes, motivation, and professional culture.

From managerial training to mentoring, to the design of Academies, where training becomes a strategic lever that generates shared languages and a sense of belonging.

The integrative perspective that shapes my work combines positive psychology, applied neuroscience, and organizational dynamics to promote a culture that doesn't choose between productivity and care, but rather brings them together in a single, sustainable model.
